If any client ever needs to transfer their wedding photography booking to a new date, I will usually be able to move this without changes to packages or prices. If a wedding is cancelled under normal circumstances the deposit is non refundable, however in the situation where the wedding is cancelled due to government restrictions forbidding the event to take place, and I have no availability for the new date, then I am legally required to refund payments taken for the event (Minus an amount for any work already undertaken such as a pre-wedding shoot etc).
Weddings cancelled for a date while the government are allowing weddings will be subject to our usual, non-refundable deposit conditions.
Deposits: Payment of at least £250 is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm the day. Until payment is made the day is not confirmed with your photographer. Remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable in the unlikely event of a cancellation.
If a request has been made for a specific list of photographed groups then the photographer shall do their best to ensure all are covered. This may sometimes not be possible due to timing, lighting or weather, but the photographer shall always make any changes clear on the day, and endeavour to do their utmost to complete a list of required images in full.
Package prices may change, rise or fall to reflect trends or conditions of the wedding industry. Prices will be fixed as quoted on booking and stated in your paperwork, and prices stated on booking will be honoured regardless of any current package prices or offers.
Prices at time of original booking may differ from those at time of ordering prints/albums etc. If photographs are ordered within 6 months of the wedding date we shall do our best to accommodate. Orders made after 6 months may be charged at new rates if there have been increases in costs during that time.
Images as shown on the website and reference folder are the original camera size and ratio. When ordering different sizes, cropping on the longest dimension is necessary. (Most severely on 10×8” size, least severely on 7×5” size). Digital Files Via email will be camera resolution with a small reduction in file size to assist email, with no loss of quality.
During the editing process where minor retouching or exposure enhancement is included there will be no additional charge. However photo retouching can often be time consuming and will be charged at an hourly rate of £35 if deemed applicable. This will be at the photographer’s discretion.
